| Be A Part of The Indoor Peloton!
Due to the popularity of our Tuesday evening session, INTEGRATE Performance Fitness is bringing you another edition of the coolest no-drop ride in the Bay Area, the "Indoor Peloton."
This beginner to intermediate level class will be taught by 10-year indoor cycling veteran Karin Jeffrey. This one of a kind cycling class WILL:
· Improve your fitness levels
· Smooth out your pedaling technique
· Cause you to breath heavy!
· Induce warm muscular sensations in your legs.
· Each ride includes a 10 minute post ride flexibility session.
When: Thu Nights @ 6:30pm-7:30pm (please set up and be on your trainer no later than 6:25pm)
Where: INTEGRATE Performance Fitness
Cost: $10/session prepaid for six sessions and $15 drop in.
Each rider will need to bring their own trainer. They WILL NOT be provided. Trainers can be purchased at the OffRamp in Mountain View located at 2320 W El Camino Real, (650) 968-2974. Indoor Peloton participants will receive an exclusive 15% discount.
