Incarnation 100 Homeless Services Benefit

Not only does it benefit the homeless, it promises to be a great ride for all types of cyclists, from those that are avid to those that are more recreational! The 30 mile route is a leisurely ride through the oak-studded farmland and rolling vineyards between Sebastopol and Santa Rosa. With minimal elevation gain and lots of shady trees, it is an ideal route for recreational cyclists. There will be one rest stop along the way. The 45 mile route is fairly flat, with only a 147 feet elevation change. We picked a course that avoids large, challenging hills while still featuring the best pastoral scenery of Sonoma County. The 45 mile route also has one rest stop along the way. The 100 KM route is identical to the 45 mile route, but adds in the fun challenge of the hidden gem adored by many local Sonoma County cyclists – Sweetwater Springs Road! At the summit of Sweetwater Spring Roads we’ll have a water station, and at the end you will be greeted by a rest stop in Guerneville. Sweetwater Springs Road is indeed quite the challenge – check out the Routes tab on this website for the elevation map. The 100 mile route includes everything on the 100 KM route, plus heads up north to Healdsburg before going down to Sweetwater Springs Road. And later you’ll head out further west to Valley Ford by way of the Bohemian Highway. The 100 mile route is a grand tour of the best cycling in Sonoma County! And then there is the after party, featuring a gourmet meal and live music! We are grilling tri-tip and veggies. We’re also grilling organic, vegetarian-fed, antibiotic-free chicken from Petaluma Poultry, and serving you lots of other food, with amazing local wine – including Preston and Coppola – and beer from Lagunitas! Your friends and family will be able to join you, as meal tickets will be sold.
